We carefully inspect all products before they are shipped. Due to the nature of our products, used candles cannot be returned or refunded. However, we will replace or refund products damaged during shipment if photographic proof of damage is submitted to info@CrackleCandleCo.com within 7 days of delivery.

You may exchange your product for another candle of the same size and price within 14 days of purchase. The buyer is responsible for shipping costs on all returns and shipping of exchanged items.

Items ship 1-7 business days after your order is placed. Most items are shipped via Priority mail.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

International shipping is not available for products containing CBD.  International shipping times vary due to their nature, and it may take much longer to arrive; orders that arrive later than stated do not warrant a refund.

When burned, the heat from the flame causes the CBD-infused wax to melt, evaporating the CBD oil into the air in a process known as vaporization, allowing you to inhale the CBD directly and reap its benefits.
